# Share a deck with a public link

To share a deck, send its public URL in the format `slides.com/<username>/<deck-name>`. Find the URL in the **Share** popup, available from the editor, presentation page, and profile page. The popup also includes options for [embedding the deck](/docs/embedding-decks) or sharing it by email.

## Fullscreen

When you generate a share link you can turn on the Fullscreen option if you want to link people to the fullscreen presentation view. The fullscreen view is similar to the standard presentation page except it doesn't include any of the metadata, social sharing options or commenting.

## Scroll Mode

Select **Scroll** under **Link type** to share the deck as a vertically scrolling page. Learn more about [using Scroll Mode](/docs/scroll-mode).

## Direct link to a slide

If you want to share a direct link to a specific slide start by navigating to the slide you want to share. Then open the Share popup and turn on the "Link to current slide" option at the bottom.
