# Hide draft slides from viewers

[Canonical article](https://slides.com/docs/hidden-slides)

You can hide individual slides in your presentation from viewers. This is useful for storing drafts or keeping optional slides that you turn on or off depending on who you're presenting to. Hidden slides remain visible to you in the editor but are removed from all other presentation views, including PDF and offline exports.

Toggle slide visibility from [slide settings](/docs/slide-settings), with <kbd>⌘ H</kbd> on macOS or <kbd>Ctrl H</kbd> on Windows, or by selecting the eye icon in [Arrange mode](/docs/arranging-slides) (<kbd>Esc</kbd>).
