# Save a deck as a PDF

[Canonical article](https://slides.com/docs/export-to-pdf)

Available on: Lite / Pro

Sharing a deck on Slides is usually as simple as [sending a link](/docs/sharing-decks), but a single PDF file may be more convenient in some situations. To export a PDF, open the **Export** panel in the editor sidebar and select **Download PDF**.

Note that PDF exports do not support animations and iframes. If you're looking for an export that provides full offline access to your deck, take a look at [ZIP exports](/docs/export-to-html).

## Slide numbers

Enable [Slide numbers](/docs/slide-numbers) to include a number on each exported page.

## Speaker notes

Enable [Share notes](/docs/sharing-decks-with-speaker-notes) to include speaker notes in the PDF.
