Available on: Pro

You can automatically sync your Slides decks to [Dropbox](https://dropbox.com) for backup and offline access. Open the **Export** panel in the editor sidebar and follow the Dropbox instructions.

Once enabled, your decks are copied to Dropbox each time you save. To view a deck offline, open its HTML file from the `/Apps/Slides App` directory in Dropbox.

For a one-time offline copy that you host or store yourself, [export the presentation to HTML](/docs/export-to-html).

## One-way sync

Files are copied from Slides to Dropbox only. Changes made to files in Dropbox are not copied back to Slides.

## Speaker view

The exported presentation includes a speaker view and any speaker notes you added in Slides. Press <kbd>S</kbd> while the presentation is open in a browser to launch it.

## Disconnect Dropbox

To stop syncing, open your [Dropbox app settings](https://www.dropbox.com/account/security#apps) and remove Slides from the list of connected apps.
